The lower level is full poured basement that is partially finished and has a large family room, a great utility room with a newer water heater and recently serviced boiler. Electrical is provided by 150 amp circuit breakers, a large laundry room with high quality washer and dryer, and a 1/2 bathroom for those times when nature calls. This home has had much care and love from the current owners for the last 23 years. The roof was replaced in 2007, boiler in 2000, water heater in 2028, dehumidifier in 2022, front porch in 2017, electrical service in 2010, mini split in 2019 and garage in 2001!
