Description

This is a two-story unit available in a gated community. We are located next to the Palomino Schools. The community also has a pool. Some features include a balcony, 1 covered parking space and a half bath downstairs and both bedrooms upstairs with a shared full bathroom.

The current tenant is in the process of moving out. We will include more photos when the unit is organized or empty.

We are looking for a 1 year lease minimum. Rental assistance is accepted. Water and landscaping is paid by the landlord.
