Hoven Schools needs a reboot from the ground up. Instead, they're starting with the teachers, especially the good ones. The district allows the parents to run things, and the squeaky wheel gets the grease, so it's the loudest, most aggressive parents who get what they want. Male teachers, in particular, will have difficulty in the environment, as rumors are all perceived to be truth. Some teachers, especially those perceived as pillars in this small community, spread gossip. Students, likewise, expect to be put on a pedestal, even when breaking laws. If you can find anywhere else to put your kids, you might want to consider doing so.
