A healthy, short walk to Patterson Park/Pool, restaurants and shops on Manor; the Mueller development (shops, etc) is famously now just across the road. We have the MLK transit stop almost next door to us and Austin just keeps growing... like it or not. But our little neighborhood is just as quaint and cool as ever!! "
