There are plantation shutters and mini-blinds throughout the house so your privacy is assured. And the home is wired for a monitored burglar alarm system for added security.

There is a long private driveway adjacent to the house and a low fenced grass backyard with a flowerbed and hedges for privacy, another area where you can enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather.

There are excellent public schools servicing this neighborhood, including Bromwell Elementary just 4 blocks away.

And what's really nice -- you can live here without the hassle of taking care of numerous outdoor chores. There is an automatic sprinkler system, and we have arranged for both lawn mowing and snow removal.
