About this House

This is a great little house with a big backyard that has in ground irrigation that is fed from a well. Single car garage with a industrial sink in the back. 3 bedrooms and the master bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The neighbors are all friendly and the street is quiet with little traffic. About 16 minutes from Shaw AFB which makes for an easy commute for military. Section 8 is not accepted

No smoking in the home, I will allow pets with an additional pet deposit and fee
