10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is my eldest son's first year at Breton Downs (he's 4th grade) and we couldn't be happier with this move! He loves the school, his teachers and friends, and is excited to learn. He's also given so much opportunity for growth and learning outside of school. So grateful to be a part of the Breton Downs community.Parent Review8mo ago6 Reviews - East Grand Rapids Middle School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved to EGR in 2018, and so far the school system has been very welcoming and informative. The kids all seem nice, and my child has had an easy time making friends. We have been very pleased with our experience with the Middle School. They did a great job of introducing the 5th graders to the school, and have done a good job with the transition.Parent Review6y ago4 Reviews - East Grand Rapids High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school truly maintains their revered excellence, despite contrary opinions. Room for growth is always there - whether you take AP, IB, Honors, or regular courses. There are various class-strings (i.e. journalism, world history, arts) that support all types of students. The only faults that may be addressed throughout this review section are the students. The students have the ultimate freedom to decide how they enjoy and approach the institution.Student Review6y ago14 Reviews - Lakeside School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageExcellent school! We've been here for a few years and both of my kids started Kindergarten at Lakeside. The kids have exceeded all expectations and that is definitely tied to the teachers they have had. Involved parents, excellent communication between the district and parents, and really great amenities (para educators, technology, counselors) make this a wonderful school district to be a part of.Parent Review7y ago3 Reviews - Wealthy School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageClass sizes at Wealthy have significantly increased over the past years. 27-28 students per class is now the average. Had we known this would happen, we would have moved to Forest Hills or Byron Center where the class size in elementary is closer to 22-23 students per class. The teachers at Wealthy are great but they are stretched thin due to class size. It seems teacher turnover has increased too. The PTO is amazing.Parent Review3y ago4 Reviews - Check out schools near 2811 Cascade Rd SE.
