I have a 1979 Skyline Buddy mobile home 12 x 52 in an Apache Junction family Park. 1 bedroom,1 bath. partially furnished. Near Meridian and Apache Trail.

Fenced yard, one car carport, and two sheds. It has a newer water heater and fresh paint, new carpet in bedroom. Selling in as is condition because I’ve never lived there and have limited information. It needs a bit of TLC and anything in the home stays.

Convenient location to shopping. Pets allowed. Community pool and clubhouse ( pool being re-plastered this winter so it is empty now ) space lease is $550 per month.

    "Quick freeway but daily accidents between signalbutte and ironwood. Broadway is calmer but Mesa has aging streets and building. Not many upgrades. Today I passed a sign that says “we buy meth houses” so the neighborhood is headed the wrong direction "

It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
