Large patio with patio cover and lights, great for entertaining on warm summer evenings. 16'x16' enclosed garden or use for dog run. The house is available for occupancy in early September. My wife and I own the home and manage the rental, I usually can respond to issues within a few hours and take pride in keeping the house maintained.     "Horse town USA! No bark law here. If you don’t like animals and all their noises this isn’t the city for you. Schools are ok, only one high school in the city. Norco hills doesn’t have its own school which for me was a huge flaw! "

    "Hard to commute if you don’t own a car ad their is no close bus stops where I live. There are horse trails which you can ride your horses as transport. All stores have horse ties/ stalls. "
