  • Britannibutler
"Small and quite. Far enough away to avoid the city. Close enough to town for most things. Neighbors are quiet enough and keep to themselves. "
  • Mskim65

  • Bryan D.

  • Beth G.
"Grew up here. Great location with beautiful view of Cayuga Lake. Only 1 mile from Cayuga Lake State Park, which has public swimming and boat launch facilities."
  • Phawrys1
"...haved lived in seneca falls for 30 years, upstate new york for 62 years, since 1949. Close to Syracuse, Ithaca, Rochester and Lake Ontario. High tech industry locally (ITT), Kodak, Xerox, Paychex, Bausch&Lomb, Gannett, Carrier, BlueCross/BlueShield. UofR, Cornell, SyracuseU, R.I.T., St John Fisher, Nazareth U. God's Country, Heaven on Earth. "
  • Randall P.
"Largest and one of the cleanest of the FINGER LAKES. Large enough to spread out and have fun. Then there's the Erie Canal that connects Cayuga Lake with the WORLD. Some wineries and restaurants accessible by BOAT and CAR. Some wineries have restaurants, from BISTRO to FINE DINING. Some have weekly music events and all have theme events year round. Met some folks from Rome Italy last week and many more from all over the US and Canada. Talked to some folks from California Wine Country who are looking to invest here because the land is inexpensive, compared to California, and because of the micro climate are growing more and better grapes. I believe Cayuga Lake is the sleeping giant of the Finger Lakes, just waiting to be discovered. "
