About this House

This 3972 sq ft home is great for entertaining. the kitchen is almost 500 sq ft, with a 950 sq ft (250 covered) deck off of it. Laundry in the master closet, as well as a separate laundry downstairs. Downstairs also has a kitchenette. The barn is insulated with a heat pump and concrete floors. Between all the garage space, approximately 15-20 cars could be covered. Just finished 720 sq ft outdoor party room, pine ceiling, can lights, rock fireplace, "outhouse"; with 1500 gallon holding tank. There is a "Drive-In Movie" screen out back that doubles as a shed. The vintage gas station is where I keep all the yard implements, etc. The downstairs of the house is separated by a door, and represents as a mother-in-law suite. It has front and rear exterior entrances, its own laundry, 2 full baths, and 2 generous bedrooms. It could be used as a party room with your big screen, pool table, etc. Dishwasher, farm sink, Frig, and room for a stove if desired.
