This apartment offers off-street designated parking, extra designated storage in the basement upon availability, as well as a patio. Lawn care, snow removal, and trash services are allocated for $25 per month. All separately metered utilities are the tenant's responsibility. Each tenant has the option to rent a washer/dryer unit in the basement for an extra $20 a month. Sorry, no pets are allowed at this property.

Walking distance to near by shopping. Neighbors are friendly. By far the best neighborhood that my 4 kids have lived in. We love love love Eau Claire in general. Trust me....we've had to move to different states a lot for my husbands job. I told my husband I want to stay here until all our kids are out on their own. This neighborhood gets an A+ rating from this family."
