This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch in a nice East side neighborhood. It has a 2 1/2 car garage with a workshop area. It has a large deck on front and back so lots of room for grilling out and entertaining in your very private backyard. It actually has a 4th bedroom downstairs that is non-conforming with its own bathroom. It also has a large family room downstairs and a large, clean laundry room. It has newer furnace and A/C. All appliances are included (washer, dryer, refrig, stove, dishwasher(new), over-the-range microwave(new)). Also has a poured foundation and has never had water issues, very dry basement.
