    "This is a family orientated neighborhood. Lots of activities in the area. Quiet, rural feel but close enough to shopping and other needs. Lots of wildlife in area such as deer, rabbits and migratory birds. Distance to Fort Bragg is 15 minutes and RDU is 45 minutes. Schools are close by. "

There is even a pond where families are allowed to enjoy fishing or bird watching. We have the best of country living with the services of the city. Plus there are no city taxes. "
