I'm a current student at CMS (going into 8th grade this coming school year) and its absolutely horrible. Teacher barely care and over work us then blame us for falling behind. When it comes to learning, its even worse. Most teachers say what they feel is needed then leave us off, when we struggle they tend to do it themselves rather than teach us how to do better. I feel I'm learning nothing at this school. Teachers don't listen to what is going on in the environment, there has been several accounts I've heard overly sexual conversations. Fighting is also a huge problem. It seems there is a fight atleast once or twice a week. Its gotten to the point where kids fight over the simplest of things. Bullying is another huge problem, it happen extremely often and nobody does anything about it. They have little forms you can fill out to report Bullying but nothing ever happens (speaking from personal experience.) Even the food reflects how horrible the school is. Most times it looks inedible and tastes disgusting, its even made kids sick on several occasions. Personally if you plan on sending your kid here I would immediately rethink it. Nobody in this school is heard and management is horrible

Throughout my high school career I’ve had such a great experience here at MRHS! The teachers have been very nice and very supportive to me whenever I need help with any of my school work or whenever I get upset about anything! As a student with Autism, the SSS Program was very nice and very supportive to me and my disability and how teachers can always support me and give me extra time to refresh what I learned as one of those things that I advocate for. I feel like the safety here at MRHS has been pretty good! maybe 70% safe! there were about a few times throughout my high school career where there have been fights in the hallways that me and other staff members witness and how they give as much support for those students. The fights at my school and with any other school in this world are mainly due to relationship problems or any lack of communication skills with some students. I would maybe recommend if fights happen again the future I would suggest as much support from a dean counselor or psychologist since they are my support systems who helped me throughout high school and how their support helped me throughout high school and to become a better student. The students at my school is currently a 6/10 which I feel like that is correct because 60-70% students like me work hard and shows up to class every day on time and pays lots of attention. There are a few students who I see at my school that are on their phones and asking to leave the classroom which both of those things is distracting to the learning environment and can also distract me and other people which I feel like there should be more rules for bathroom excuses, tardies, cell phone policies and off campus privileges just so the learning environment can be more helpful for me and my school environment. But overall, I think the students at my school are pretty good! and I am friends with a lot of people at my school and they always support me whenever I get sad like the special education program and my teachers! Overall, the environment at my school is friendly and a safe environment since the teachers, students and my support systems always help me through tough times and how the safety protocols at my school keep all of us safe in the event of an emergency and I recommend this school for anyone and people like me who struggles mentally and physically and that advocates and get helps from support systems who provides a better experience for me and other students!
