The school board does nothing in terms of sexual assault and has left victims feeling hopeless, ignored and alone.

Absolutely loved this school our first two years here… the past two years it has gone down hill so bad. The bullying and distance between the student is so sad. There’s no discipline in this school just favoring. Shohola hardly does anything to unite students and help them enjoy their elementary experience. We hardly have any fun events, hardly any dances, no in school parties… no grades even celebrated Halloween this year or last… how sad !!! And then when there’s an event it’s all about making more money, nothing even good for the kids ! We had a “carnival” last year and the kids were promised live animals. All the parents said wow finally! Finally something engaging. Most kids showed for the animals… none ! Not one! Just lawn games set to and balloons and many many things set up to purchase. I have messages from teachers and helpers inside the school saying this is the worst principal shohola has ever been stuck with. He does nothing and is useless and I couldn’t agree nore. He talks down on you and makes you feel like you’re lying or your kids feelings are nothing. He is doing nothing to make our school better. He hardly even engages. If you bring up Dr.k to any parent they start laughing and rolling their eyes and have a story to tell. My kids adored school but call it jail now. It’s sad. There’s nothing for them to look forward to. Not even fun Friday anymore. I agree it must feel like a jail

Moved to this school district from gifted and talented school in nyc. I just have to say WOW, they're is no better school. So many clubs, sport and student involvement that I have never experienced as a past student in nyc and a now a parent.
