"Cornish is a charming New England village and has become an antiques shopping destination. Add several high quality crafts shops, a quilt shop and several fine restaurants and you have a Main Street full of inviting local businesses. Quaint and friendly, it is a safe, wonderful place to live and work."

"I have lived here for 15 years and the village has only gotten better. The center of Cornish has grown with new shops and restaurants, while still maintaining its charm as a small Maine village. It it conveniently located on Route 25, a scenic route between Portland and the White Mountains."

"I moved here because of the small town atmosphere, a very active business association, skiing, fishing, hiking, and hunting. Great spot to live!"

"Norman Rockwell style village full of New England charm. Recently featured in the October 2011 issue of Downeast magazine, Cornish is the latest antique shoppers destination. The town has at least 6 shops and when a person gets tired of shopping, stop for an ice cream at the local ice cream shop or choose one of 8 restaurants ranging from gourmet to diner style friendly. Great town to walk around, charming center square park, dog and children friendly, alternative lifestyle friendly. Only 45 minutes from Portland, easy commute. "
