Description

Nice 40 acres 2 miles from Buffalo! Home needs some work but has ''good bones''. Great for DIY person or someone wanting a temp home while building! Living room is nicely sized, ''cellar'' partial basement for storms/storage. Newer, high efficiency furnace and water heater. Wood stove is great for back-up heat. Well pump has been updated, too! Large detached garage has lean-to on the side. Wood shed and other small buildings in place, nice garden spot, orchard with pecan and walnut trees, lots of pretty flower beds. Land is mostly timbered with plenty of wildlife but could be cleared for more pasture/grass. Old logging roads are great for 2-wheeling, hunting & exploring. Pond for livestock watering. Additional electric for RV & room for generator, too. Lots to offer here!

"I have lived in Buffalo for 15 years. It has a good small town feel. I leave my doors unlocked most of the time. It’s only 30 minutes to Springfield. It has a great school."

"I drive 20 miles to work. The traffic is light and the drive is pleasant. It is a two lane highway between Buffalo and Bolivar."
  • Melissa S.
"for the most part the people in my neighborhood keep their animals from running loose in their own"

"I have only lived here a few months but have met some of our neighbors. They all seem nice and even though we live outside the city limits we are just a few minutes away from anything we need. I do so far really like it here."

"We just moved here but it feels like home. The neighborhood is nice and private and the neighbors are nice people. We feel welcomed in this town."

"nothing that's why I'm moving I hate this town I don't like the people in it they are mean and hateful and some of them tried killing my grandma and the cops are to ignorant to do anything about it they looked at the drugs these people were sailing out of her house and said they couldn't do nothing without their permission since they were recently put in jail on drug chargers after being pulled over. after they stole every done she had to go gambling on it. and told me just to throw the drugs and pills and paraphinla in the trash it took my grandma weeks to get her head straight because they were driving her to make her sleep so they didn't have to take care of her and they could take everything worth anything out of here I hate it here. then told me when I came in to clean up a nightmare mess that they were watching me cause they know wat I'm doing here."
