"This is a great area to build as it is near the lakes, hiking, skiing, the coast and the city of Portland. Emery Corner Rd. is a beautiful and quiet road with a blueberry and apple orchard close by. The lot is near a very pleasant overlook and has small town amenities. "

"Limerick is a wonderful small Maine town. Lake Arrowhead is a quiet lake with an unspoiled feel. The lake is great for fishing, water skiing, and general boating. If you want some excitement, Portland is less than an hour away. "
