Move in requirements include:
- Proof of income history showing 3x monthly rent

- First month's rent, and a security deposit equal to one month's rent.

- Non-refundable pet fee (if applicable)

- We process applications, including credit and background checks through Apartments. This streamlines our process and allows you to use the same application and fee for other companies' properties. The application fee is charged by Apartments and retained by them. As such we are unable to refund application fees regardless of outcome.

Tenants pay snow removal, yard maintenance and all utilities.
