Solid Concrete Block Home on Anastasia Island! Spacious home with lots of natural light and outdoor spaces. This home has recently been fully updated inside with new appliances, flooring and paint. Classic 1970's home with very unique features. Huge back yard with mature landscaping, private courtyard just outside the dining room. All within walking distance to downtown St Augustine! 2 car carport with outdoor storage room, large driveway with room for more cars. Home did sustain flood damage. The home had flood damage in Hurricane Matthew and was remediated and repaired. For Hurricane Irma the house was sealed up and had less than an inch inside, remediated and repaired.
