About this House

Large two bedroom. Two Levels. First Floor is living room kitchen and bathroom (with laundry) which is accessed by a set of stairs on the ground level. Second floor is two bedrooms and a large storage closet accessed by a second set of stairs. As you walk in you see the staircase leading to the main floor but there is a mudroom area. At the top of the stairs you are greeted by a beautiful kitchen with all new cabinets and appliances (dishwasher, microwave, refridgerator and oven). There is a stacked washer and dryer in the bathroom. The apartment has all new electrical and heating with two beautiful bedrooms with windows. Layout of rooms is included in photo's. Sorry, no pets/smoking. Parking onsite for two cars. This apt is above a studio apartment so we are looking for quiet tenants as this building houses another studio and three bedroom unit.

Tenant pays for electric and propane (heat and hot water). Each tenant has their own water heater and boiler for their own unit.
