Cedar Heights Middle School has been a positive experience for our family overall. The school offers a strong academic foundation and has many dedicated teachers who genuinely care about their students’ success. My child has grown both academically and socially during their time here, and we’ve seen encouraging progress.The campus feels safe and well-maintained, and there are a variety of extracurricular activities that help students explore their interests. Communication from most teachers has been consistent, and we appreciate the staff’s efforts to keep parents in the loop.That said, like any school, there’s room for improvement. At times, communication from administration can be a bit delayed, especially when it comes to changes in schedules or addressing behavioral issues school-wide. Additionally, some class sizes feel a little too large, which can make it harder for certain students to get individualized attention.Despite these small concerns, we’re overall very happy with Cedar Heights. The supportive teachers and diverse opportunities for students make it a solid middle school choice. With a few tweaks, it could easily be a five-star school.

My son has been going to this school for almost 4 years now. The school staff does a GREAT job in educating students. Be it academic, extra curricular activities (field trips, arts, sports), after school programs, my son uses most of the facilities provided by school and enjoys every minute of it. He always has cool stuff to talk about after coming back from school.

Kentlake High School has been an absolutely fantastic experience for our family. From the very beginning, we’ve been impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and dedication of the staff and teachers. The school offers a wide variety of academic programs, electives, and extracurricular activities that truly help students discover and develop their strengths.What stands out most is the supportive and inclusive environment. The teachers go above and beyond to ensure students are not only learning but thriving. They care about their students’ success and well-being, and it shows in their communication and classroom engagement. My child feels seen, challenged, and encouraged every step of the way.The school also provides great opportunities for students to prepare for life after high school—whether it’s through college readiness programs, AP courses, CTE pathways, or leadership development. The counselors and staff are incredibly helpful and responsive, which has made navigating high school much smoother for both students and parents.Kentlake also has a strong sense of school spirit and community. Events, sports, and clubs are well-organized and help students feel connected and involved. It truly feels like a place where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.I’m so grateful for everything Kentlake High School has provided our family. It’s a school that cares deeply and works hard to support student success. Highly recommend!
