Home’s water supply is by a spring fed cistern with a whole house water filter. The flooring downstairs is waterproof LVP flooring. Home has 2 separate HVAC units; one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Home has Low-E windows. You’ll never have to worry about running out of outlets to plug things in because every room in the house has lots of outlets. I made sure of that when it was being built. 2 large porches that have two outdoor electrical outlets on each porch. Enjoy your morning coffee on the 10x30 front porch or watch the sunset or listen to the distant whippoorwill on the 10x20 back porch. Home sits on a 7-block high foundation and there is electricity and lights under the house for when you need to be under the house. The blocks are sitting on concrete footers that you could build a skyscraper on. 200 AMP service. Home has a septic system with 1000 gallon tank. House has 2x6 well insulated exterior walls with 16” on centers. Home is not completed upstairs at the current moment, but needs very little to finish. Upstairs needs interior doors, baseboard trim and flooring, except for the upstairs bathroom, which is basically finished.
