LIVE THE DREAM!! BRAND NEW REMODEL IN LEUCADIA

You may have seen my "coming soon" ad last weekend. The remodel we spent the last couple of months on is now complete. All that remains is to build the new private patio but that will be done soon. (I've included a photo of the patio we built for the unit next door to give you an idea what it will look like.) Aside from that, this apartment is ready for move-in.

Everything inside is basically brand new including all the cabinets, flooring, LG appliances, showers, faucets, lighting, doors, closets, etc etc.. This unit gets lots of natural light, has high ceilings and feels very open.

We installed a tankless water heater for endless hot water and a "mini-split" in the living room to provide some heating and cooling. These apartments don't get very hot or cold, but it'll be nice to have.

This is a downstairs end unit in a 9-unit building. The location is a 10/10 - walking distance to the beach in a beautiful safe neighborhood, close to everything but set back just enough from the craziness and noise of the train tracks and Coast Hwy. There's a real sense of community around here, if you like that sort of thing.

We can accept one small, well-behaved dog (or cat). Each apartment has a one-car garage and an assigned parking space. This unit has tons of storage by the way, inside and out.

We have great tenants and neighbors and would love to add some more to enjoy this beautiful apartment!     "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."
