- Free Coffee is located in the cupboard just above the coffee maker along with mugs.
- Wine holder.
- Bar or working space has electric underneath the tabletop.
- Living room includes Sofa, Futon, and Lazy boy chair. The sofa has two recliners as well as the single lazy boy for reclining. The futon has several adjustments for sleeping or chilling. The TV in the living room has a Firestick and is connected to Wi-fi for your viewing pleasure.
- The larger bedroom is a queen mattress and has a TV with Roku Wi-fi streaming.
- The smaller bedroom contains two twin beds and has a TV with a Google Chrome Wi-fi stick to cast away!
