Description

This property does not have a public water supply to the property. The water has to be hauled to the property by the tenant from the nearby water tower and stored in the cistern located on the property. Remodeled home (interior paint, flooring, 2 bathrooms, HVAC, HWH). Big covered deck on back of house. Located on country road within city limits of Lee's Summit. ALL Electric property - no gas utility. We do not accept any type of housing voucher. No smoking property.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities including trash and yard maintenance.
