Description

This property does not have a public water supply to the property. The water has to be hauled to the property by the tenant from the nearby water tower and stored in the cistern located on the property. Remodeled home (interior paint, flooring, 2 bathrooms, HVAC, HWH). Big covered deck on back of house. Located on country road within city limits of Lee's Summit. ALL Electric property - no gas utility.

This property does not have a public water supply to the property. No smoking of anything inside any of our properties. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and will require an additional monthly fee and possibly a longer lease. Off-street parking in circle drive. Applications are $30 cash per adult applicant (anyone 18 yrs and older) and need to be paid in advance when an applicant picks up a blank application from the owner. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including trash and yard maintenance.

They were understanding and just asked me to handle it. If they pick up a loose dog they will make every attempt to try to get dog home rather than straight to pound. Scan chips, call tag #s, etc."
