About this House

Very special home located in west Barstow(former golf course)a very nice quiet neighborhood.You will love the large living room with a fireplace and french doors that lead to a covered patio and beautiful yard with a in-ground pool and spa. The pool has a new energy efficient filter. The exterior of the home was repainted in 2022. There are new vinyl fences in backyard. Wonderful formal dinning room,large kitchen with a breakfast nook. There is a den that was a 4th bedroom.It features a wood burning stove,a bay window looking out to the back yard and a door leading out to the backyard. The bathrooms have been recently repainted. There is no HOA and the water currently is a flat fee of $75.00. This is an all electic home that has all energy efficient windows and french doors. We purchased Solar panels in 2016 as well as a new roof.
