It does not have a full kitchen, and as such, it is not technically a stand-alone studio or ADU, and it will be rented as an exclusive room with a bathroom in the lease. But essentially, it is your stand-alone space exclusively with a cooking area that is technically not a full kitchen.

    "I want to move out of this area. It’s a blend to whom to blame for the area being the way it is. The property owners and people renting need to come together and clean up the communities. People living in the area clean up your messes and respect where you live. Owners should take time to take care of their buildings because not everyone in the areas deserve to live under a lot of your conditions. The sanitation department should do better at aiming for the opening where the crash goes because they leave piles of trash in the streets. I’ve had my fair share of homeless admirers strolling and hanging out in front of our gate. "

Neighbors are friendly dogs are nice there is a school within the neighborhood as well which is a fun future. We also have a dog park within walking distance"
