Another issue has been the way I was treated by one of the office staff members. On several occasions, I felt ignored rather than welcomed. I understand that school offices can be busy, but every parent deserves basic courtesy and respect. During one visit, another staff member eventually stepped in to help. She listened and explained that my child's file could not be found. While I appreciated her willingness to help, the situation itself should never have occurred. I'm not writing this review to attack the school or its teachers. My goal is to encourage improvement. Schools should offer not only a good learning environment, but also professional and respectful service to families. Parents deserve to trust that important documents will be handled carefully. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this school at this time. I truly hope these issues are addressed so that future families can have a much better experience. Every parent deserves to feel respected. Every child deserves reliable support, and no family should have to repeat the same paperwork process because documents were misplaced.
