Furthermore, the district staff seem to deny students a fair chance to stand out, especially if they share a last name with past students. The middle school principal's misguided focus on trying to appear "cool" among the students is concerning; it is imperative that he channels his efforts into advocating for their futures. The entire school environment seems to be lacking, with students teaching each other rather than receiving proper guidance from qualified educators. It is clear that if the district continues to neglect its responsibility to provide a proper education, further decline is inevitable.
