Beautiful new gray kitchen cabinets with granite counters. Single bowl stainless steel kitchen sink with high-arc faucet. The kitchen floor is a beautiful natural wood - nice size closet can be used for coats and/or a pantry. The bedroom has a double closet and is quite spacious. The apartment has been freshly painted. The bedroom floor is stained a dark black but it blends beautifully with the wooden trim and painted gray walls. The bathroom is also spacious and has a full shower, new vanity and new toilet will be installed and new mirror. The floor is linoleum. The entry door has a Pella storm door and the private stairway is freshly painted as well. There is no laundry but the laundromat is conveniently located just across the street. This unit has central air conditioning and heat pump.

Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
