I rate my experience at Habersham Central as high as possible, I really loved every day. Once a Raider always a Raider!

Cornelia Elementary is full of professional, well-educated, hard-working teachers and staff members. Many of the teachers spend tireless hours after school to make sure meaningful and fun lessons are prepared. They go above and beyond with each student, whether the student is gifted or challenged in some way. The diversity of this school is one of the highlights, too. I have had 3 children at Cornelia Elementary in the last 10 years, and I cannot say enough positive things about this school. Thank you to everyone who works so hard for all the students. I appreciate you so much!

My son has had a great year at the 9th Grade Academy. The honors classes are challenging and the teachers are encouraging. It has been a great start to high school.

All 3 years my child was a honors student did chorus for the whole time and even wanted to changed it but decided she'd stay with it so she could do the big trip to Dollywood, she got sick and missed days and they will not let her go after telling her just the other day she was good to go and made her think she needed so much money to go and we paid for the trip and all just to find out 2 days before the trip that they will not let her go over them not waiting to take a parent note!!! It's not her fault she got sick and I dont run her to the Dr everytime she is sick it's ridiculous she is going to miss something she worked so hard for bc the school has a ridiculous policy!!

The administration dosent seem to care, the work is overwhelming, and it feels like nobody is actually trying to help. It’s like I’m just another person they’re trying to get through the day with, but no one really listens.The whole environment is draining, and I don’t feel like I belong there. It’s really starting to affect me, and I’m feeling so stuck. I can barely focus, and I don’t feel like I’m getting anything out of it. There are students who have been talking about shooting up the school killing teachers and others, but nothing is done. Kids inappropriately touch themselves and others in class but when it is reported the principle says to stop talking about it and not to tell anyone else or we will get iss this school is terrible and i wish I never went here
