There is a large carport/patio along the north side of the home. It covers the front and kitchen entry doors. The front door opens to the large living room with updated dual paned windows, crown moulding, and tiled floors. The tile flooring flows thru to the kitchen with lots of cabinets and tiled countertops and backsplash. There is room for a good sized dining table as well. The tiled hallway leads to the hall bath and the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have wood-look laminate flooring, wall-ceiling built in closets/drawers, and ceiling lights. All windows are updated dual paned. The full bath has a pedestal sink, tub/shower enclosure, and newer toilet. The walls have tile halfway up in addition to tiled floors. The home was updated with forced air and has Evap. Cooling vented thru out.

The neighborhood however is a great and safe place to live and has a very involved and nice police force.
