Really nice remodel. EVERYTHING is brand new. Appliances, cabinets, vanity, medicine cabinet above, 3 ceiling fans, all light fixtures, smoke/carbon detector, toilet, all plumbing gutted and replaced, all outlet caps replaced, blinds and all new paint. Only thing not brand new is tile and tub. Really night unit for a cheap price at a 2/1. Great neighbors been with me for long time because I don't raise their rent by a lot often. If you are a great tenant, I'll raise $50 at a time, with 2 year leases as an option. Contact me if interested. Tenant pays electricity and renters insurance plus $1100 in rent. Decent credit, no evictions and no felonies will get you $900 security deposit and maybe half off your first months rent.
