Room Description
Upstairs bedroom with own bathroom and bonus office/living space. This is the entire second floor of the home which comes with a walk-in closet and bathroom. Bathroom includes standing shower and sky light so plenty of light. The upstairs also has an open space which could be a home office or second living room. There are two additional AC/Heat units upstairs but the house has central A/C and heat. This secondary room comes partially furnished to include desk, chair, and bookshelf in office space. While the bedroom has a queen sized mattress, bed frame, dresser and nightstands. On main floor you have kitchen, dining, and living room which is shared space of the home. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything including microwave, toaster, coffee machines, and utensils. In the basement there is laundry and dryer as well as a large open space currently being used as a home gym. Large backyard including fire pit and outdoor dining space. Driveway and street parking is free.
Currently on the main level of the home we have one young female professional living with a small dog. Dog is very friendly and welcomes all. This would be a great space for young professional, this is a quieter home and new roommate would be preferred female. Again, this is not full home rental it would be shared space with current tenant.
Lease could be 6 or 12 months starting in July and rent is $1450 with an additional $50 for internet. Current tenant would also consider sharing a cleaning person for shared spaces in home.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school isn't good. The students are horrible, and I am ready to leave. Over the course of three years, the school has been on the news multiple times. Last year, two students were fighting in the locker banks and one of those students decided to pepper the other student. The student walked. To school, so they felt more safe to carry it with them while walking home, but this student was carrying it on them during school, not in their locker, on them. They felt they needed pepper spray to feel safe and that's not okay. The security guards here can't do anything. Students that are mad sometimes hit or attack them and all they can do is take it. I get their adults and shouldn't hit kids, but the students here shouldn't be hitting them and getting away with it. Most of the time when they hit a security guard or disrespect a security guard in school suppression (ISS) and the ISS is only one day, maybe two, then those students are back in class, disrupting everyone.
