Front room may be used as 4th bedroom with addition of portable closet. Quiet neighborhood.

Carpet in all rooms except bathrooms, closets, and kitchen/dining room areas. Large Kitchen dining room area with LOTS of cabinet space, includes built-in oven and glass stove-top with vent, has built-in dishwasher, spice drawer, and reverse osmosis unit. The master bedroom and full master bath are sequestered for privacy. Washer and dryer hookups are in a handy area adjacent to living room. All rooms have ceiling fans (excluding kitchen/dining room area).

House is well insulated and has central heat and refrigerated air. On-demand water heater saves money on utilities. The home has a 2 car garage with attic access for extra storage. The sun room has a ledge to grow plants. The back yard is completely fenced in with a cinder block privacy fence. There is a large workshop in the back yard with an attached lawn equipment building.

Indoor pets strictly prohibited. Outdoor pets with approval only, with $500 non-refundable pet deposit per approved pet. No rent-to-own.
