There is a 2 car garage (24 x 24) with lots of storage shelves and a work bench, a good size hay or other purpose building (20x25), four (15x10) run in stalls that we used for horses, a large boat, RV or horse trailer shelter or extra parking (22x20), a small Morgan building (10x12) for garden shed or storage, tack room or goat/chicken house, porcelain tiled back porch and large front porch. The pasture is fully fenced in, and is ready for animals now. Very large, safe fenced in back yard with a pet door out to it; great for kids and pets.

New commercial grade, SPC, waterproof, Tennessee River Hickory flooring, that is beautiful, practical, a dream to care for and extremely durable. New kitchen appliances, efficient heat and AC, low utility bills, fast high speed internet and excellent cell phone reception. If you have children, you have your choice of school districts and great schools. Roof, windows, vinyl siding and HVAC were all replaced right before we moved here in 2006.

If you know of anyone looking for a place like this, please do share this with them. With historically low interest rates there has never been a better time to buy.
