If they have any special needs, the staff turnover is very high,, often unable to provide an experienced and trained specialist. We’ve had exceptional Gen Ed teachers, and average Gen Ed teachers. We’ve had so many special Ed teachers, they don’t stay and high turnover is connected to poorly run department. Testing is based too heavily on standardized test scores and not assessment data for creating IEP goals. Parent input is often ignored. They have next to no bullying g policy, to the point that members of the staff are typically bullied themselves. They provide nearly no support for the arts and the staff show clear favoritism.
