"Safe communities and excellent schools. Very convenient location and proximity to Philly. I value the diverse culture and think it’s important for our youth to engage with people from all backgrounds. I have lived here my entire life and I felt this is a great place to work and live. I bought a house, got married and started a family. I’m proud my daughter is attending our greats schools. "

"Cherry Hill is very nice. There are lots of places to shop. Cooper River Park is really beautiful. It is close to Philadelphia and there are a lot of restaurants. definitely overpriced in terms of rent and probably housing and taxes, but location is pretty decent as far as soft jersey."

"Route 70 and 73 can be congested at times. Major construction on route 70 slows traffic down, however moves quite fast. Anything you are looking for is within a 5-10 minute drive and some places are within walking distance. "
