Purchased in Septmeber 2017; the new owners, Mr. and Mrs. Finney, have closed in the entire carport, which is now a spacious Master Suite which includes a large walk-in closet, and a 6'x5' tiled shower. The once empty backyard now has a beautiful, brand new 16'x16' screened in porch with metal roof that can be accessed from newly installed French doors out from the living room. The kitchen cabinets have been replaced, and more counter and cabinet space added through a closing in of the original backdoor, and moving of an interior doorway. The hall and kitchen have been stripped of the aged wallpapaer and refinished with new coats of paint, and the living room, kitchen and hallway have had new flooring installed.
This home is still under renovation and updates to follow.

Over all I would give the school an 8. One of my children started here in 4th grade and had an awesome experience. The other child started in kindergarten and had an awesome kindergarten teacher, unfortunately no longer with the school. We had one incident in 4th grade (not with other kids). They could have handled it much better but didn't. As a parent, I didn't see a satisfactory outcome from my complaints on how the situation was handled. It was definitely a learning experience. Trust was lost for myself and my child. Aside from that, it has been good.
