"There’s not enough dog parks in the area. Walks are mainly done on the sidewalk right next to the main road and become very hot when temperatures rise, causing damage to animals’ paws"

"they would like forthere dogs here .there's land to run and play on.but the highway is near.plus they would have to be taught to stay out road.or get hit by car if they run out into highway."
