Description

The location of this house is incredible. The Stonegate neighborhood is off of Madison Avenue and directly connects to the Madison trails. We love walking to the elementary school, the library, the post office, Kristo's, and Ice and Vice! The neighborhood seems to be split between older couples/empty nesters and young families. We have loved this mix and have the sweetest neighbors. It has truly been a great community for us!

One of the coolest parts of this house is the double garages. There are two 2 car garages and both have lots of storage and the possibilities of what to do with these spaces is endless- the AC is already big enough to accommodate the space should someone choose to close one in.

The house is 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 1,660 square feet. The roof and AC were replaced in 2018 and everything else was done this past few months.

"Busy, the city constantly keeps growing as well as the outskirts so with the influx of people from the surrounding areas it's just busier than ever before, they have expanded some roads to adjust with traffic."
  • Ruthridgway
"Lots of green space and trails to take dogs out. Waste bags conveniently available. Dogs have to be leashed. "

"In NorthRidge off Hoy Rd and just 5 miles away from my house with just 6 red lights. Traffic towards interstate can be a little backed up and heavy at times but that is to be expected "
  • Victoria.owchar
"It is safe for their kids and pets and the school district is great! There are many kids that play outside during the day in and around the neighborhood"
  • Shereb30

"The City of Madison hosts tons of family friendly events throughout the year at the heart of Madison...the red caboose. There are movie nights on the lawn, Halloween trunk or treat, fall festivals and a city Christmas parade to name a few..."
  • Kikit27
"We live in a sweet house with a big back yard. We do not have many neighborhood events. I am not allowed to teach piano in my neighborhood which is unfortunate. I wish they would stop building the community with so many big box businesses. "
  • Heather G.
"We’ve only been here a month, but EVERYONE is friendly! The area is spotless- no litter, well maintained and trim... housing prices aren’t outrageous, and the teachers are awesome at the schools!"
  • Katherine S.

Upscale, well maintained beautiful homes in a park like setting with walking trails, tennis courts, golfing, Country Club, multiple swimming pools and an abundance of well groomed green spaces. Equestrian Center and barns for horse lovers. Lakes with sand beaches and swimming areas. Water skiing. Fishing in stocked lakes.
