The large master is downstairs with a large bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower, a walk in closet and a linen closet. Upstairs there is a sitting area, three nice size bedrooms, game room, and a hall bath. There is a hallway across the top with banister overlooking the great room. Home has a two car garage. When you walk out on the covered back porch there is a beautiful in ground 18 x 36 swimming pool, vinyl lining replaced in 2016, jetted @ steps, and a concrete apron around pool. Pool has an 8 1/2 foot depth on the deep end. There is a 40 x 40 pole barn with a large center bay and four stalls on each side. There is a play set with swings, slide and sand underneath. A new architectural shingle roof was installed in 2019. There are two A/C units. A two ton unit for upstairs and the three ton unit downstairs was replaced in 2014. The flooring is mostly carpet, wood vinyl and tile. There are ply boards cut for windows for hurricane protection. There is a slag rock driveway coming into the garage pad. Home is on a private road and is absolutely a peaceful paradise.
