A new architectural shingle roof was installed in 2019. There are two A/C units. A two ton unit for upstairs and the three ton unit downstairs was replaced in 2014. The flooring is mostly carpet, wood vinyl and tile. There are ply boards cut for windows for hurricane protection. There is a slag rock driveway coming into the garage pad. Home is on a private road and is absolutely a peaceful paradise.
