Three bedroom - 1 bath house in the Lindenwald neighborhood of Hamilton for $850 per month. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per person listed on the lease 18 years or older that's not a full time student. Deposit of $850 and first month's rent is due at the time of lease signing. No smoking is permitted in the property under any circumstances. All utilities are paid by the tenant. Tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance. Contact the City of Hamilton for average past utilities at a particular address and for information on possible security deposit requirements for service. No pets. Our required standards for qualifying to rent a unit are:
 All properties are offered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability or familial status.
 Each adult occupant must submit complete the application and provide the required documents.
 You must have a favorable rental history and civil/criminal background.
 You must able to provide acceptable form income (60 days paystubs, Social Security Award Letter, etc. for each occupant who is 18 years or older that's not a full-time student).
 You must have good housekeeping, payment, and maintenance references from all previous Landlords.
Completed Applications (must include all required documents and $50 per adult non-refundable application fee) will be processed and approved in the order they are received based on a first-come-first-serve basis. NHS will stop accepting applications upon receiving the first 5 completed applications, & non-refundable application fees.
In order to qualify, applicant must be income eligible based on total household size and total household income. Total household income cannot exceed the following:

Household of 3 Total Household Income Cannot Exceed $59,400
Household of 4 Total Household Income Cannot Exceed $65,940

NHS owns 36 rental units of which 8 are mobile, visual, and hearing accessible. Applicants can contact NHS to inquire if a handicap accessible unit is available.
