This is a very nice home in the county with beautiful views. It is about 2 miles East of the city of Hastings, and about 40 miles from Grand Rapids. If you are interested in renting our house, you must have proof of income, provide excellent referrals from previous landlords, and have a good credit rating.

Renter is responsible for paying for gas, internet, electricity, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and maintenance of the water softener. The home has a main floor laundry room. A working washer and dryer are provided, but lessee is responsible for their repairs-should they become necessary.
