"It’s a neighborhood of hard workers who work a normal 9-5 and come home and relax. That’s about it, nothing too crazy or loud about it. The age range is quite diverse however everyone still seems to work normal hours and come home and respect others around them. "
  • Nate
"There are lots of active people, families, and older couples in the neighborhood. Great mix of people overall and feels very safe"

"Heavily green area with a thick canopy of trees. Well maintained homes built in the lates 60s, many updated over the years. Accessible to much of the city quickly via 385 and 240. Variety of shopping and restaurants nearby along with hospitals make this in ideal area to live. "
  • Fernando D.
"its near Shelby Farm Park! .close to Restaurants and Stores . Police its always on the streets making sure its safe!."
  • Jarmainebutler
"it's just and upgrade from my previous neighborhood. people are more friendly they speak not only the neighbors but the people driving by speak as well."
  • Jonathan J.
"I love the fact that my neighborhood is very diverse. there are many restaurants and shopping nearby."
  • anna e.
"My family has lived in this area for about 5 years now. I have never felt unsafe, whether it is at night, during the day, weekends, or week days. The neighborhood holds a 4th of July parade that most of the kids participate in. There are lots of yard sales here when the weather is nice. Most people seem to own dogs, and after work there are lots of dog owners walking the blocks. This is a diverse neighborhood, with black and white, old and young, rich and middle class people in it. We have never had a problem with the area, nor do we know of anyone who has. The elementary school in the neighborhood has some fields behind it, but the closest park is about 2 miles or so away. It would be a nice bike ride. If I live in Memphis when I have a family, this wouldn't be the first place I would look, but I would definitely be happy if we bought a house in this neighborhood. "
  • leeannstearnes
"Lived in area- little known gem. Great neighbors, very quiet. Very close to Germantown shopping- more of a Germantown area where its located. Saddle Creek is 3 minutes, 385 also very close. My kids went to Germantown schools as transfers, all very close to house. Deer and wild turkey will come up to fences in neighborhood from greenbelt."
