About this House

We invite you in to see this classic sprawling ranch home, located on a half-acre corner lot in desirable Hammonton Lakes. Inside you will find large living room with a fireplace, with a wood burning insert, and a wine bar that includes the wine cooler, but not the wine, sorry :) The kitchen is nicely appointed with stainless steel appliances. The highlights of the home would have to be the 2 full baths that were completely redone. The baths feature tiled floors and bath surrounds, and high-end glass door enclosures. Below is a full basement, with an access door to the rear yard. The heater, and hot water were all replaced in 2011, the AC was replaced in 2014. Roof is about 10 years old. The home is serviced by public water and sewer, but the sprinkler system is on its own well system
