  • Andi Seager
"My commute is very easy because I have easy access to I 15 and Highway 89. There are also several public transit options, especially if you want to take the bus you can easily park at the park-and-ride."
  • Krystal Harper
"I’ve lived in Kaysville since April 2023. It’s such a nice little city. Close to everything we need, you can get to Salt Lake City within 1520 minutes or Layton in 10 minutes or less. I’ve enjoyed the school so far the community everyone in the city I’ve met are extremely nice. People are kind in the grocery stores and around town great place to raise a young family."
  • Krystal Harper
"I see people walking their dogs all the time we have a dog we walk him. He has a fully finch backyard. He likes when other dogs walk past. He barks a lot at them because he’s so excited."
  • Krystal Harper
"Easy access to freeways not and south bound. Small quiet area with everything so close too. Safe and clean too. Great place to raise a family. "
  • Dakonold
"Every 4th of July the Kaysville throws a party on main street and than lights off huge fireworks in the park"
  • Parker T.
"Most safe neighborhood you could image. The city is really focusing on community events. The theater downtown is a safe and cheap place to see semi-new movies. "
  • Gwendolyn M.
"Can’t beat the super friendly, caring and supportive neighbors. Kids are safe and we all look after each other’s homes when on vacation or away "
  • Diane R
"We moved here almost 6 yrs ago, great family neighborhood. Great area to raise kids. I researched areas before we bought our home and kept hearing the phrase, K-town over and over and how Davis High was an awesome school. Glad we’re here"
  • Laaweston
"Kaysville is between Ogden and Salt Lake. My husband works in Ogden and I work in Salt Lake. It is the perfect central location without the feel of city living."
  • Teyla W.
"I love how it feels like a small town, but is not far from the conveniences of living near a city. "
  • Melissalynnsnow
"I've lived here for 2 years. lots of friendly neighbors. shortly after moving in, a huge storm devastated our neighborhood. my husband was deployed and I knew nobody yet. we lost a lot of trees in our backyard. I was down with pneumonia and couldn't get out back to clean it up. my neighbors went from house to house to make sure everyone was okay and they asked if they could clean up the mess for me. a group of about 20 teenagers and several adults worked together to clean up the damage. they did this at house after house. this neighborhood really takes care of each other and they always are looking for ways to serve each other. "
  • Mindy G.
"It has a small town feel, It has quite a few historic buildings, It's close to the city, The houses and yards are wl maintained"
  • Amber H.
"This neighborhood is ideal for raising a family. It still has a lot of its original charm on Main Street. The Kaysville theater is a fantastic go-to for family outings on a budget, and the neighborhoods are very walkable. "
  • brodiewood
"Clean neighborhood, close to station park, well kept homes, close to a beautiful walking trail. Excellent place to bike."
  • rjanders4
"Mountain vistas. Safe to walk anywhere in this area. The homes on this street were all well built and designed for comfortable living inside and out. The lots are spacious, allowing for gardens, rv parking, large lawns, and pets. Very friendly neighborhood."
