Smoking is permitted outside of dwelling, 15 feet from any open windows or doors - pick up your butts!
Month to month rental, potential for longer lease if terms are met.
Tenant is required to maintain their section of the property (backyard & front door area, carport, shed access)
Tenant shall be responsible for the expense of clearing normally occurring drain blockages or stoppages by hiring a qualified plumber, or unless the tenant can clear the blockage themselves, using appropriate methods and care.
Tenants should avoid flushing any paper product other than septic safe toilet paper.
Tenant shall be charged for all damages to premises as a result of failure to report a problem in a timely manner
